Direct Pay Option validation and confirmation email

Hi,

Is there a way to hide bank transfer payment methond from checkout, until vendor inster any data in the Customer Pay Option tab created by the code:

And would be very helpful if we can add this info on the confirmation email send to the customer.

Hi friendly remainder here.

I really believe that this specific option should only be shown if the Customer Pay Option tab field has been filled, since otherwise the customer can choose this option and there will be no information to pay or the seller does not want to accept payments by this means.
