Disable/hide shipping by country and shipping by weight option in vendor setting

  As title how do I hide or disable these two options for vendors when they are setting up the store?

  Hi,
  Yes I am aware of the option. What I’m looking for is to hide/disable the selection options itself when vendors are setting up shipping.
  Meaning removing it from the drop-down menu.
