Display username instead of first/last

      I need to be able to display username instead of first/last on reviews, orders etc. I need this to be an option that I can set globally as admin and as an option for the user to choose as well. Basically many people do not want their real name out there on reviews etc. Forcing them to use their first/last over their username will discourage reviews.

      I have looked through the files but cant seem to find what I need to change to enable this. I have purchased ultimate and this is a deal breaker here. Really if I set the capability to view customer name to “off” then the default should be to show the username instead of their real name instead of displaying “guest”.

      Mainly I need this for reviews as soon as possible. Any help will be appreciated.

      Can I please get some assistance on this. I have also asked for premium support and have not received a reply.
