Does WCFM support manual payment of vendor earnings?

Hi,

I love WCFM marketplace.

In my country however, we do not use Paypal nor Stripe nor bank deposit as payment platform. We do not use vendor withdrawal system. Our store policy is that we pay vendor earnings every 7 days regardless of how much they have earned. Vendors therefore do not need to withdraw to receive their earnings. We use another payment method that allow us to send earnings to a vendor’s mobile account.

I know I can view all vendors and their gross earnings and admin fees on the vendor table in admin account.

1. Is there a way to view all vendors and their earnings in one table?

2. Is there a way to manually change a vendor’s earnings to zero(0) after we have paid them manually using the alternative payment platform i described above?
We send them their payment using another payment system and then clear their earnings from both admin and vendor dashboard such that they would see the entry in their payment tables. It would be captured as “Paid” in the entire WCFM system. I hope I made sense.

Hence, vendor does not have to request for withdrawal but Admin will get list of withdrawals for a vendor.

System will run smoothly.

Thanks for your reply. I implemented your recommendations got the required results. I however have these follow up questions:

1. Does your mobile pay gateway have a front-end table containing all completed payments I can view?

2. Apart from my main external payment gateways, I have other payment methods like Woo Wallet and Cash on delivery on my store. Auto withdrawal does not seem to work when an order is placed with these alternative payment methods (Woo Wallet and Cash on Delivery).
Is this the default setting?
If so, how do I change it so that auto withdrawal supports these alternative payment methods.

Hi,

1. Does your mobile pay gateway have a front-end table containing all completed payments I can view?

– Well, this is a manual pay option. But off course you may see all requests from WCFM Admin Dashboard -> Withdrawal

2. WCFM Marketplace off course with Woo Wallet. You have to enable this vendor payment method from WCFM Admin Setting -> Withdrawal Setting
