I understand that a member has to “cancel” their membership before they can “change” to a different plan.
Is that correct?
If that is correct can you edit the wording on your /store-manager/profile/ page to be more clear about that?
Could you perhaps list under the “Cancel my membership” section (on the right hand side) something like:
“If you want to change your membership plan you must first cancel your current plan and then sign up under the new plan”
And remove the link at the bottom of the page because that will then allow a member to sign up on a second plan before they cancel their first plan?
