Hi – for some reason, vendors can’t edit banners or logos – instead they are presented with an “X” where a file upload/selection should likely be.
For clarity:
1. The wizard allows initial upload
2. Editing the banner/logo post-wizard is the challenge.
3. User is set as ‘Vendor’ in the WP dashboard.
4. Capabilities (‘Settings Inside’) are set to allow logo and banner (set to green)Attachments:

Hi,
Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?
Also check in Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the site or not! (What is browser console – https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console)

Hi James,
Did you find a solution to this problem? I too have had this issue for the past couple of weeks and can’t find a fix for it.
