      Hello there,

We have a jQuery issue regarding the media upload button on the frontend editor (see attached files).
Already noticed that it is a theme compatibility issue as when I switch to a default WP theme there is no problem at all.

Sadly the support of our theme (Enfold) won’t make much progress so I would like to ask you guys what might go wrong and if this issue might’ve happened before with a different theme.

      With kind regards

      Hi,

Well, Enfold theme has a setting option – whether you want to include WP Media library in frontend or not?

Possibly that is disable for your site, so you are getting this error, please enable that and this will be resolve for you.

      Thank You

      Hello,

Found the option, thanks for your expertise!
Pretty weird that Enfold isn’t up to date of their own settings though.

      With kind regards.
