We are in the final stages of setting up the site. Again one of the test Vendors lost the connection with it’s shipping cost. Meaning the shipping cost shows in the Admin dashboard as well as for the customer but not on the Vendor orders…including the invoice, etc. It happens as soon as changes are made to the Vendor Settings.There is no way we can launch our site with this issue not resolved.
I would like to give you access to the back-end and the hosting (if needed) to figure out what is causing it.
Can someone please let me know that it is being looked at.

I have checked your site and found that you have disabled “Shipping Setting Capability” for vendors – https://ibb.co/f5wt8A
And also found that Shipping not enabled for vendor “Ekke”, so it’s not working for this vendor.

Followed the steps you mentioned created a new vendor wcfm_test and followed the other steps but couldn’t replicate the issue.
Attaching a screenshot of the order details page of the order created which shows the shipping fee please check.
The test vendor access details.
username: wcfm_test
password: wcfm_testIf the problem persists can you please send a screen recording of the issue?

ParticipantHi many thanks and an apology. I have made some changes to shipping methods only an hour or so before you checked it. I decided to remove all shipping methods other than ‘flat rate’ shipping. Thought I will give it a good testing with just the basic ‘flat rate’shipping active in case one of the shipping apps are causing it.
I will give it a good run and see it what happens. Will let you know.
