      Hello,
      I have posted twice on this forum this week and no one is responding to my posts. Several posts after mine have been resolved, but no one is helping me with mine. I am guessing they just got lost in the mix, but I would really appreciate some assistance with my inquiries as I am already a paying customer of yours.
