How to allow a Vendor application without choosing a plan

      Our site requires all vendors to be juried and approved hence we don’t want them to have to pay or select a membership plan on first registration.

      1) How we can remove the need to select a PLAN on the initial registration process?
      2) Once approved how do we then send them a link to choose a plan (if we have more than one) and a link to subscribe?

      Well, if you do not have any membership for vendors then do not create any membership plan.

      WCFM already has a only registration page (Check under WCFM Admin Setting -> Dashboard Pages -> Registration)

      If there is no membership plan then this page will be automatically link at “Become a Vendor” at My account page.

      If you are adding vendor registration link anywhere in site then use this page.

      Note: Do not remove Membership page, it’s thank you part will require for direct registration.

      thanks for the reply, however it doesnt make any sense as we ARE going to have 2 membership plans, a monthly one and a just straight percentage one. so removing them is not a solution

      however we DONT want a vendor to have to pay to submit their application (since if they are not approved they dont need to pay.

      does that make sense? how do we make that happen?

      – You told me this, so I thought you do not want to use membership!

      we ARE going to have 2 membership plans, a monthly one and a just straight percentage one. so removing them is not a solution

      however we DONT want a vendor to have to pay to submit their application (since if they are not approved they dont need to pay.

      – Well, there is no option to hold payment process till vendor application approve!

      In such case you may create another Free plan for vendors (for small duration, say 7 days). SO, vendor no need to pay initially, you may approve/reject their application.

      After 7 days they have to subscribe paid plans.
