How to confirm that payment is collected after delivering product with COD?

      Hi,
      While trying to make payment to my vendor, I figured it out that there is no way to confirm that payment was collected from the customer upon delivery. Order always shows that “UNPAID”, though order status is marked “Completed”. Therefore, my vendor cannot request for refund and I cannot to make the payment?

      Need help please.
