– Well, this is visible to Admin and Vendors only, do you want to hide those?
Please add this line to your child theme’s functions.php –

add_filter( 'wcfm_is_allow_catalog_product_manage', '__return_false' );

2. Is it possible to create an additional type (role) of vendor? To distinguish them, store (Legal entity), and an additional type of vendor (Private person)

– You will able to achieve this easily using membership and group. No separate role will require.

– You will able to setup this. Yeah these addons are required to setup separate capability for different group of vendors.

So, you may add this to anywhere – in menu, using widget ..
