After the last update on 17th Feb 2019 the Burger menus for mobile and the pagination icons are missing.
I’ve cleared the browser cache and also tried incognito but cannot get the icons to load.
Can we get this fixed asap, we can see the menu on mobiles or tablets.

HI,
Well, this issue because of Font library.
We have updated Font Awesome library to new version Font Awesome 5
But, there has some plugin or theme which is still using old version of Font library.
We have waited more than 6 months before make this updated, as most are not updated this. But now, most of the WC themes are using Font Awesome 5, so we are also bring that in place.

Are you going to help?
How do I downgrade and then how do I get future updates?
This is a problem with your plugin.
Are you going to provide more help other than a one line response which leave me hanging.
I’m not a programmer I’m your customer having problems with your product after the last update.
Please provide me with a solution to fix this bug or incompatibility with your plugin.
I spent $88 with you on this less than 4 weeks ago and I need help.
I don’t mind doing the job myself if you give me the instructions.

Well, this problem is not our plugins.
It’s your theme problem. We want to provide better feature so updating libraries! Do you think it’s wrong?
Between, which theme you are using?

You have to downgrade WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace and WooCommerce Multivendor Membership as well.Which paid plugin you are using? I will give you link to download their previous version as well.

How can you update your plugin then blame my theme. Everything was fine until YOUR update was installed.
I’m using Ultimate and groups & staff.
I was going to buy more of your plugins but I’m having second thoughts now.
Like I said If I downgrade, I won’t get future updates because they will re-introduce this issue.

Hi,
WCFM is build based on WooCommerce and now WC uses Font Awesome 5 Free, you may check it’s own theme Store Front as well.
If your theme want to keep their libraries our dated, then it not our fault. Suppose your theme bring this update then you will not see any icon in WCFM dashboard, then what you thought?

We postponed this update only for themes, but now most themes are using this latest library so we have also released this update. As those theme users was in trouble.
Clearly mentioned in change log as well.Updates are for betterment, so if you push your theme author to upgrade their Font library will be good for you!

Hi
I am using the latest version of Rehub Version: 7.9.5
I downgraded your two paid plugins, Ultimate and Groups & Staff but the problems persist.
I also downgraded the free WooCommerce Frontend Manager plugin and that resolved the issue. So it appears the incompatibility is coming from that plugin.
There are no settings for the Fontawesome 5 in the Rehub theme, it is loaded by default.
Is there a snippet of code you can provided to fix this for me.
I’ve paid for the plugin and don’t understand your reluctance to look at this and offer a fix since the update has caused this problem.
I am willing to pay for support, I just need this fixed ASAP, and stop this back and forth blaming everything else but yourselves.

Are you sure you fully understand the problem I’m having?
This is a NEW site build, i only have the theme, woocommerce, and all your related frond end plugins.

There are none, it only goes wrong with yours, can’t you hear me!!!!Everything worked perfectly until the last update which breaks the fontawesome 5 icons (which is already loaded by the theme.
If I downgrade everything is OK, this problem occurred with your update.
I’m not asking you to downgrade your plugin.
It’s OK I know not to buy any more of your stuff. I can manage with other plugins without this lousy attitude from you to a paying customer.

You are getting angry at me, but I am trying to help you from the very first day!
If you have only WooCommerce and WCFM.
Theme ReHUB with latest version and loading Font Awesome 5 then there is no reason of Font library conflict.WooCommerce does not load Font Awesome library.

But please clear your site all caches after update.
