include pickup from store into capability manager

      importance: low

      I plan my platform with different membership levels:
      Premium membership will be allowed to share their contact information, location of physical store and offer “pickup-from store” to customers.
      Standard membership will be only shipping.

      Would be great to have the “pickup-from-store” in capability manager to give this opportunity only to certain vendor groups.
