Please help me with the steps to activate the WCFM Ultimate plugin license.

Hi,

Thanks for get in touch with us.

Its very, let me define the steps:

1. Hope you already have WCfM U license key !!
2. Now login into your WP as administrator
3. Scroll down to the bottom and tou will see a menu “WCFM License”, just get into it
4. You will see two fields – license key and email
5. Insert your key and purchase email there and click on activate button

That’s all … you are done !!!

What happen if the license is expired? All the premium version will be remove or i cannot receive updates only?

Hi Dev,

Premium version is fully functional even without license activation.

But for receiving automatic updates License is must.

So after expiry plugin will working as it should, only automatic updates will stop.

Also i want to ask about the product tracking or shipment tracking that is compatible in your WC Front end manager?
Is there a plugins that is compatible in your plugins to input a Tracking number and courier in the Store Manager or vendors dashboard?

No, not yet.

If you have any such plugin in thoghts then please suggest, we will definitely integrate that.

Just to mention, in WC Marketplace this feature by default available. Vender may insert a Tracking code and URL at the time of marking a product shipped. We are going to introduce that in WCfM next version.

Without Plugin installation you will not have that option to activate your license.

Please logged in as into your “wp-admin” dashboard and check in left menus, it’s probably at bottom of all so scroll down to footer.

Hi,

I have recently purchased WCfM Ultimate, downloaded from WCLovers website and installed in my wordpress website. I would like to know how to activate the license, since the only option presented in WordPress Menu is “WCFM Options”. There is also an error when entering in booking section of WCFM (http://reservesuapesca.com.br/wcfm/wcfm-bookings-dashboard/): “The page cannnot be found”.

Thanks for these.You didn’t yet install WCFM Ultimate so you don’t have “WCFM License” option in your menu.

Can you please show me another screenshot – WCFM Capability Settings page. You will have this by Admin Login to WCFM Dashbaord -> Settings -> Capability.

Booking Dashboard is part of WCFM Free, no Ultimate required.
So please check another – are you getting Booking Dashboard as Admin or not?
If yes, then just “Save” Capability Settings and take a look as Vendor login.

Thanks for the response, now I have installed the API for WCFM Ultimate and it is now licensed. But I still have a problem with Booking dashboard which is not being presented for Vendors (even in Ultimate version). Each vendor has a bookable product already asigned. I saved the capabilities settings you can see attached.

All Settings are perfect and Admin have access to Bookings then it’s really strange why Vendors didn’t have access to them.

Hi,

Can you please do one thing, deactivate and re-activate WC Bookings plugin once.
Then go to WCFM capability settings page and just press “Save”, be sure WC Bookings button is “ON”.

There is nothing wrong in setup as Booking option shown in wp-admin for vednors.

Can please update your WC Booking plugin to latest, it’t quite old one.

It sometime happen if you have activated multi-vendor plugin later then it can’t detect WC Bookings.

Hi? I recently purchased WCFM-ULTIMATE, installed it and everything was fine, but my store configured errors at the checkout. So I had to deactivate all the plugins one by one and activate them one by one,in search of the problem. I did that for three times then finally as I tried to activate the WCFM license, I got a warning that I had passed the maximum number of activations. what can I do please. I have not yet used the plugin yet for its intented purpose

I am really for the inconveniences.But relax, your plugin is fully functional and this will be resolve soon.

This is not a normal behavior, such errors only comes when site’s PHP/cRUL is not properly set up?

Can you please wp-admin->WooCommerce->Status – is there any error showing or not?
