      Hello
      Is there perhaps a solution for it
      That’s when the vendor clicks on Mark as shipping instead of tracking sends his billing details

      Not getting you clearly this time!!

      Whose billing address to whom?

      Now, tracking info goes to Customers.

      Exactly instead of the tracking information, the paypal or bank details of the vendor should be sent to the buyer

      This is not possible to achieve by some simple code tweaks. But it’s also possible.
      Some advanced customization required to do so.
