Every time after updating the plugin. All the customization in emails content is reset to default at “Membership General Options”.
Can you please fix this?

Also, how to enable rich editor for those content as they are displayed with HTML tags to me?

ParticipantI don’t have any plugin controlling the editor. “Visual Editor” option is not disabled.

It’s difficult to guess which disable this.
There has many plugins which disable this by force, no setting even available.

I checked JS console as you suggested. Editor is working now after tweaking Autoptimize plugin. But when vendor goes to setting page it freezes at “Loading…” and does not show any content. I see the following error at the Console Log:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED
Uncaught TypeError: progressbar.progressbar is not a function

ParticipantStill the same error. If I uncheck “Aggregate JS-files” the rich editor is working but the setting page does not.
If I disable all “JavaScript Options”, setting page still does not work and I see this:

ParticipantNo other cache plugin. I disabled Auoptimize and still the setting page not showing up correctly.
