Missing data from HTML Vendor Registration Fields in Vendor Approval window

Hi,

I discovered that data used for HTML fields in the vendor registration form is not being stored in admin panel under Vendor Approval pop-up window.

Here is how the vendor registration custom HTML fields look like in my dashboard:

The issue is that when I go to manual Vendor Approval widnow I don’t see the data that user typed into these fields:

What is really strange, there is custom html field named PESEL – as you can see above, the data from that field is being stored and displayed correctly in Vendor Approval window.

I am not sure how to solve this issue. Please help.

Hi,

https://ibb.co/yk5smwh – your field setting is totally wrong. HTML type fields are not for getting input and store data. This are only for show some content under form. You have to create “Text” type field to take input from registration form.
