Not showing Vendor order details(Earning, Withdrawl, Refund)

Hi,

We are having issues with the Orders when using the WCFM Marketplace.

The Dashboard, Ledgerbook, Reports – all show Zero (0) values for the Earnings, Refund, Withdrawl even though we have placed Orders and Completed them.

Can you tell us what is wrong with our setup?

Hi,

I have checked the site and found that there is no recent orders.

Old orders can not be visible under vendor dashboard, those were placed when you had WC Marketplace.

Kindly add a new order and take a look.

Between, i have also updated “Product Quick Manager” plugin, please check is this working or not!

Hi,

The issue is not the orders listing. – If you placed a new order it’s not showing under vendor’s orders page? But it comes for my test vendor – https://ibb.co/b43wUp

It is not showing the calculations on the Dashboard and in the reports. – This is because of this setting – https://ibb.co/djixkU
as you have set only “completed” status here so other order status not considered as sales. And I think those orders are not yet completed!

Hi,

Have you had a chance to look into the issue with the login details that I gave above?

We are having issues with the Orders not showing up in the Customer Orders screen as well.

Please login with the credentials that I gave in private and let us know what you think is the issue.

Hi,

Kindly add this line to your child theme’s functions.php

add_filter( 'wcfm_is_allow_store_followings', '__return_true' );

This will add “Followings” tab in store page, but this will work after WCFM Marketplace next update.

Hi,

I have just checked this and this is really strange!

Do you have any custom code related to following-followers in theme’s funstions.php?
Then just remove all those except this – add_filter( ‘wcfm_is_allow_store_followings’, ‘__return_true’ );
