Only vendor can see badges ?

      Hello,

      I’ve given a Vendor a badge, only that Vendor can see the badge next to his name in the dashboard, but that’s it!

      1- Customers cannot see the badges ?

      2- Also when Vendor get verified, it does not show that he is verified in his store page (like in Dokan verify system. check screenshot : https://wedevs.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/dokan-storefront-full.png)

      Off course not!

      Badges are visible in vendor store page – http://dokan.wcfmdemos.com/store/demo_vendor/

      Also in single product vendor info tab – http://dokan.wcfmdemos.com/product/test-4/

      Hi,

      It only show in single product page > vendor info

      It doesn’t show in vendor’s page

      check this attached screenshots.

      It only show in one out of 3 places, Can you help me make it show in the remaining 2 places please ?

      I just found WCfM and all it’s add-ons are disabled in your site.

      Should I enable those and check the issue?

      Hi,

      I just enabled it for you.

      (I disabled them because New Dokan Shipping not showing local pickup in checkout so I contacted weDevs to check that issue).

      I Umm … an check this later as well, better you disable WCfM for now.

      When Dokan doen with this you just inform me.

      Actually, if they see WCfM installed, may be not going to give you proper support!

      Hi,

      I have just checked the issue and found that your theme overwrites Dokan templates and make changes.

      Change is fine but it also removed Dokan’s default Hooks/Filters

      e.g. This hook is missing from Dokan store-header.php template – do_action( ‘dokan_store_header_info_fields’, $store_user->get_id() );

      Can you please ask your theme author to keep default hooks there?

      They said they will fix it next update, I’m waiting for too long now, clearly not all developers not as awesome as you wclovers.

      I’ll contact them again and see when they’re going to release the update.

      Hello,

      They have released the update and the badges shows now in most locations (check the attached video)

      I’m still checking with them if they can make it show in the last location, I don’t know if the issue from their side or from wcfm.
