I thought there was a button to export the order data in a csv file on the report page for shop vendors as well as for marketplace admin.

Is it my imagination, or did the button disappear? If there is a button, could you please show me where it should be on a screenshot?

      Thanks for your help!

I investigated further. Here is where the buttons used to be: https://ibb.co/b7L3YQX

Now, they don’t appear any more after the last update: https://ibb.co/Qnfm5gz

Could you please look into this? Thanks!

      HI,

https://ibb.co/b7L3YQX – this is right and it’s still there in latest update.

Please check in Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the site or not!
(What is browser console – https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console)

Clear your site caches once as well.

      Thank You

      Hello

Thanks for your answer. I cleared all caches. I get this js error in the console:

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () (pdfmake.min.js.map, line 0)

It can’t find the resource under /wp-content/plugins/wc-frontend-manager/includes/libs/datatable/js/pdfmake.min.js.map

      Hi,

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, it doesn’t solve the issue.

We’ve investigated further and identified a conflict with the WooCommerce Product Table plugin from Barn 2 media. When we switch WooCommerce Product Table off, the buttons reappear. There seems to be a CSS selector/class naming conflict between WooCommerce Product Table and WCFM Marketplace over the “dataTables_filter”. This is probably due to both plugins using DataTables, which is a table plugin for jQuery.

Can you confirm your use of DataTables and do you see a work around to fix this? I you want, I can grant you access to a staging environment where this happens.

      – Do you have contact this plugin author regarding this?

Actually, this issue coming form their plugin, they are including out dated DataTable library.

More importantly, why that plugin including DataTable library through out the site? They should include this only those pages where their table showing!
WCFM only includes this for WCFM dashboard and that’s even only for those screens which require this.

Pleas as k them include their script only at specific pages, it also decreasing your site’s performance as this is a quite heavy library.

      Thank You
