problem with adding & editing products from the dashboard

Following my earlier email, there is a serious problem with adding and editing products from the dashboard. The problem is present both with front-end and admin product management.

The product management is so slow and tedious that it is basically unusable. It is clear that any Vendor that tries to manage and add products will not continue to work with my website.

At present, it is not possible to display products from the Dashboard Products option. The 3 sample test products do not display even though the products have an image uploaded for each product.

As I mentioned in my previous email, this site is under development and it seems that the problems are linked to the large size of categories and sub-categories (10.000 categories so far). This generates a system error. Enclosed is a screen capture of the error message (The problem of slowness began in 1000 categories).

Is there a solution to this? It is clear that it is not possible to build a real marketplace vendor website without program stability and reliability.

Apparently, it seems that a mistake occurred when translating from English to Japanese.

It worked normally when wordpress was moved with English version.

That’s right, 10,000 categories is a big factor here. It requires hugh site memory. You are having issue in both areas – frontend and backend!
Now, WCFM has no control over backend product manager!

Between, what is your site’s server configuration?

Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

Frankly speaking, WP-WC is not for handling such large dataset. You may even contact WC support for this.

1. The data server is now shared, only for the purpose of building the site, In the further we will transfer it to the VPS OR if there is a need for a dedicated server.
2. We have reduced the number of categories to 7000, now you we can see the 3 test products in the dashboard and all working.
3. But The product management dashboard is still slow, This behavior exists right at the beginning even before we started building categories.
4. The support agrees with the dashboard product slowness amendment, Are you going to improve it? If yes When approximately it will be happened?
3. What are the minimum system requirements a hardware server needs, Did you test it before?

I have not found any information in your explanations on this subject.
Without this information we will not be able to adapt or build our data hierarchy, it is clear that we are managing other suppliers with different needs. We have all the knowledge for this but we need your support and stability of the plugins.

Well, we have tested with 1 million products but not such long list of categories.

As I mentioned, WP not even work perfectly with such data, and that’s the reason backend product editor is also slow.

We are looking for a alternate option to load such large data in asynchronous way, hence it will not effect on page load!

I’m glad to hear about your plan, future asynchronous way, In order to illustrate the capabilities of WordPress working with multiple categories.

We are runing another commercial site (beautypediya.com, non-market place), with 3500 categories + product filter + 75 different plugins installed + A lot of products, VPS server, very fast commercial site knowenhost (hosting company), I’m trying to say here that the system works fast, and without problems.

This is the main reason we strive to grow to a marketplace, because the number of our suppliers is growing as well as the products.

Do you have an estimate time of when this task will be completed? We have no problem if it takes time, Just want to trust and get stability in your system.

It is very important for us to know, so we can plan our work order, we are very serious in our request. And want to rely on your system. We love your way of thinking but the most important part is the Slowness product management.

What is the best way to translate the plugins?

Amazing, really great, Now I really enjoy working and editing products, The transition is very fast in editing products.
Viewing the product from editing mode to the front end store is very quick, And editing a product from the front end store to the editing mode is also very quick.

Edit OR add new product is also fast, Now it working like expected.
