GuestDear all,
I have a big issue with cancellations of orders and the commission that will be paid to the vendor within my shop.
When we get a new order and the customer pays it directly the order get’s set to “”In Process”. Now the vendor gets the information that there is a new order. It is shown within the Frontend and the comission is calculated the right way.
But if I cancel the order in the admin area (for example because customer doesn’t want the product anymore) or when I make a refund it is not updated in the frontend of the vendor. You can see the new status (for example “Refund”) but the comission is still marked as unpaid. In the attachment (https://11fo813dsg4jqjl4374eoxz8-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/orders.png) you can see that the order is cancelled but the comission is still marked as unpaid (“UNBEZAHLT”). In my dashboard the comission is marked as “REVERSE” and I can’t do any more changes. See attachment “https://11fo813dsg4jqjl4374eoxz8-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/dashboard-reverse.png”.
To solve this problem I tried to mark the comission as “PAID” before I make a refund and a cancellation but this made the problem even worse. Now there is a paid comission within the vendor dashboard that is not mentioned in my admin dashboard. We are talking about comission #731 in attachment “https://11fo813dsg4jqjl4374eoxz8-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/comission-paid.png”. As you can see in “https://11fo813dsg4jqjl4374eoxz8-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/admin-comission.png” the comission #731 is not mention in my admin dashboard after the cancellation.
AND: If I delete an order in the system the chart in the frontend gets buggy, too. As you can see in “https://11fo813dsg4jqjl4374eoxz8-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/chart.png” the admin fee goes down into the negative area because of the deleted orders. Is this right?
As an addition to this problem the comission doesn’t get updatet in the vendor dashboard when I make a partial refund – for example when a customer sends one of his ordered products back because it doesn’t fit. In this case the comission stays the same as it is by now.
Please help me with this problem. Am I doing something wrong or is this a problem of WCMP Frontend Manager?I hope we find a quick solution to this problem as this is a major problem for me within the daily order-process!
Brgds,
Malte

GuestHi!
I’m using WC Marketplace.
Becuase in some cases it can happen that a commission is already paid when the order is cancelled. Customers in Germany can send back goods without any reason up to 14 days after they bought them. As we pay our vendors on a monthly basis it might happen that someone sends his order back after we already paid commission. For example order on 26th of March and diretly paid with PayPal. On the 2nd of April we pay the vendors the monthly commissions and mark them as paid. But costomer decides to send back his items on 6th of April so we have to cancel the order afterwards.Brgds,
Malte
