problem with charged for shipping [urgent]

hi,

when customer buy a product they receive invoice in email..
they can see subtotal price, shipping price and total price..
but in vendor dashboard the shipping price is zero and in report charged for shipping is zero..
please how i can solve this problem??

Hi,

there is a settings option under WC Vendors, whether you want to give shipping cost to vendors or not!

If you set this OFF then no shipping will generate for vendors and they will see this as 0.

i had check Give vendors any shipping collected per-product..
in administrator dashboard wcfm ultimate, the shipping cost is not 0 but in vendor dahsboard shipping cost is 0

Hi,

Can you please also show me WC Vendor commission screenshot for the order.

Frankly, this is totally depending upon WC Vendors, if it’s not generating shipping for vendors then WCfM can’t show this.

Between, which shipping method you are using? It’s not WC default ones, right?

Thanks for the screenshots.

You can see that, WC Vendors does not generating Shipping cost for vendors, so it’s not compatible with “epeken shipping”.

Kindly contact WC Vendors support for the purpose.

but i had use wcfm ultimate..

This is not matter of vendor commission. WC Vendor Pro will give you flexible type commission setup.

Here is matter of Shipping cost is not generating for vendors, it’s part of WC Vendor Free.

WCfM and WCfM Ultimate is no way responsible for generating vendor commission or commission distribution, it’s part of multi-vendor plugin.

Please open a ticket at WC Vendors Free support forum for the same.
