ParticipantHi. I have a problem, when the seller asks for verification the administrator does not get any option in message, no can I see any area where I can approve or deny that verification.
Can you help me please? thanks

We know about this issue. Please don’t “Mark Read” any Vendor Verification message for now, there is a conflict issue with vendor approval in WCFM 3.4.0.
We will fix this in next next update, till then please don’t mark read any vendor verification messages as those can’t be retrieve any more and vendors has to be re-prompt again.Really sorry for the inconveniences.

but how can I request verification from my vendors again? In your control panel the options are no longer available, only a message with the following legend appears: “Ahh !!! Your request still under review”thanks for your support

Yes, you are right.
I have just enabled the the option to your site so that your vendors can now again have “Prompt Verification” option under their profile page.
Please ask them to resend verification request again.Thank You
