ParticipantHi Guys,
I recently set up a demo store before launching live. It’s set up as a monthly recurring payment.
Now I have just got over 40 email reminders. For 5 days notice.
Please see the attached image.
How can I stop this in the future, new members won’t be happy getting over 40 reminders in one day 🙁
Any ideas?

ParticipantYes, it is strange.
It has only done this once so far. The second reminder for 2 days notice was ok and sent just once!
If you’ve not seen this issue before then it may just be a one-off incident.
I’m not sure but I may have been activating the siteground cache that day, I can’t remember.
Anyway, I’ll keep an eye on it and let you know if it happens again.
