Product Limits Error

      We have a free plan which limits the users to 3 products.
      We have a pro plan which limits the users to 20 products.

      If the user signs up to the pro plan, then they upload 20 products. And then they downgrade to the free plan. All 20 products are still live.

      Shouldn’t the product upload limit also limit the number of publishable products?
      So if they downgrade, 17 of the 20 products are set to draft only?

      This seems like quite a big problem :S

      There is also another bug.

      If a user sets up a free plan and limited to 3 products. If they import a CSV with 100 products on them, all products upload and can be published live.

      Please setup membership “Cancel Rule” from WCFM Membership setting for the purpose.

      Hi,

      Yes, that is what I did. All products get made to be draft if they cancel, but then the user can just go to the products and make them all published again.

      Also, what about importing CSV information? A user is still able to import as many as they like and make them all publishable

      Is there a fix for this?

      HI,

      Hi,

      Yes the vendor was able to republish all of his products again, even if it was more than the product upload limit.

      And we dont mind if they are able to import 100000’s of products into our store using CVS, but we just want to make sure they can only publish as many as the limit says
