      Hello,
      i’m not sure with which update the issue started,
      but our vendors noticed that after you submit a product for review a second time the images which are used for the gallery disappear.

      Plugin combination: WCFM + WCFMU + WCVendors + WCVendors Pro

      Hi,

      I have just test the thing into your site but unfortunately I can’t generate the issue, you still find my test product there.

      May be I am missing something, can we arrange a screen sharing season? TeamViewer or Google Chrome Desktop!

      Hi,

      We debug the thing and found that it’s due to “WP Hide” plugin.

      You have set settings “Block uploads URL” so old added images are becoming non accessible at next edit time.

      Though WCFM supports “WP Hide” and it works perfectly for Featured Image.

      We are looking a bit more why this is problematic for Gallery Images, I will update you very soon.

      Hi,

      NO, you don’t have to do anything.

      We have fixed this from WCFM core and these will be in next update of WCFM as well.
      So with the new version issue will be automatically resolve for other sites as well.

      Next update will be there by Monday, and I will email you when new update will release.
