question about vendor product import

      Hi, can I ask if vendors’ products in csv file have categories that have not been created by admin, will these new categories be created by the vendors in the system? The reason why I am asking this is because if vendors can create new categories, then admin will have to notice the creation of these new categories and add them to the menu, in order for them to be seen by customers, which is inconvenient for admin management if there would be a lot of new categories.
