Several places need to be translated

      Hi,
      I am using WPML to translate your plugin and 99% of has been translated.
      But maybe the places in the attached pictures, are forgotten to have a way for them to get translated.

      So, please can you look at them and find a way to make them translatable.

      I am also translating the wcfm throught wpml.

      what method are using? string translation? or edit the pot file directly?

      Ps: it will be great if we can exchange or pot files and sure probably you have the same issue in other plugins. So let’s work together to do it.
