Hi
I wanted to add one more helpful element to this query to illustrate our point. Currently if a vendor sets their shipping zones and includes North America as a general rule along with Shipping Methods but has a product which is fragile and he does not want to ship to North America, there is currently no way to do this. If selling on Etsy, a message will appear saying ‘This product does not ship to America’, but with WCFM, it will simply say there are no shipping methods for this zone and it charges no shipping fee but still allows the sale of the item. This cannot be right. See screenshots. I proposed solution in #88863 but perhaps there are others.
This is a real problem.

You have said before that if a vendor wants to limit shipping to a zone, then they simply click on the ‘limit zone location’ box and add the locations. However, for us, no locations appear when you begin to type and Europe, for example, has 46 locations. In that situation how does a shop vendor who doesn’t want to ship to Europe at all, prevent their products from being added to customers carts with no shipping fee attached. They don’t want to ship to Europe, even though other shop vendors might want to.
Very happy to pay for help here but really need some help.
Thanks
