Show vendor payout on add product

On the add product page for vendor I would like to be able to see what the payout would be based on their membership level. There are a couple ways that this could work very well.

Option 1: Non editable field that displays and automatically calculates the vendor payout based on their commission after they add a price or sale price. For example vendor commission set at 80$ plus .30 per order. So it would take a sales price of $10 and display in the payout display $7.70 which would be the 20% commission of $2 and the .30 fixed fee. Obviously this would be the easiest method.

Option 2: Have a field where the vendor can input what they actually want to get for a payout on a product. Say for example they are a 80% vendor plus .30 fixed. They want to make $8.00 from their sale. So they enter $8.00 in the Payout Field, the price field then calculates to add the 20% plus the .30 fixed on top of the %8.00, in this example it would show $10.38 in the price field.

Option 3: the payout field would do both of those things depending on where you enter pricing first.
