      Hey Community,

      what should i do, that the option “Stick at Product Page” is allways on?

      some sellers forgot to activate this option

      Hi,

      Well, it’s possible to set “Stick” option on by default.

      But, single product page shows only one reply. Now what will happen if vendor replies may times to an Inquiry?

      Unfortunately, it is always the last message displayed … can not somehow change that? So that all respond to each other?

      Hi,

      Well, if we show full communication thread there then it will look too clumsy!

      Suppose, one product has 10 inquiries and all has 12-15 communications. And most importantly all messages are not relevant for all users.

      We can not do this in core, if you want we can implement this for you.

      Dear KeyMaster, how can I set “Stick” option on by default? ( I know people will only see last message)
      And second question, as I want all Questions/answers being public ALWAYS, How can I do to avoir people unckeck this option? Is there any code to put it “invisible”?
