Hello. We need important support. We use stripe direct to split payments. Now a customer has made a one-off purchase in 3 stores. All three stores have the standard stripe account connected in the same way. The customer paid the total order and the payment was divided correctly between 2 sellers while for the third the amount was not credited but this was credited to the main account of the marketplace where instead only the commissions normally end up . In fact, this has happened correctly for the other 2 stores that have normally received credit and we have commissions! We contacted stripe who checked and told us that they received the order in this way, that is, 2 credits to the sellers and one to the marketplace account !!!! We have checked the seller who has not received the payment and is set up like everyone else. What should be checked? Is there a log? Can you tell us where to find the problem? Thanks
