Hi.
The “user” is subscribed to the paid subscription and did it through the paypal and woocommerce check out.
Here’s what happened when a user changed from the paid subscription to a free subscription:
1. User who currently has a paid subscription, clicks the free subscription wcfm membership shortcode button.
2. The free subscription is activated. User gets the email, that the subscription plan is changed to free plan.
Problem a: the paid subscription is not cancelled. The user has now the capabilities of the free subscription, but the paid subscription is still active on the user account page and also on the site admin back-end.3. User goes to wcfm interface membership tab and cancels the subscription by clicking the “cancel” button.
4 The paid subscription is said to be cancelled.
Problem b: User gets the email, that hes changed to the free plan. Again!?
Problem c: The admin back-end still shows that the paid subscription is active.5. The user goes to the woocommerce my account, my subsciption tab and sees that the paid subscription is still active!
Problem d: Why is it still active!?6. The user clicks cancel button on the my subscription tab. The subscription is said to be cancelled.
Problem e: The user gets yet another email that he has changed to free membership. For the third time!?
Problem f: The user gets a secondary email that the free membership plan has been cancelled? Why? This is the free and non expiring plan!7. User goes to paypal and sees, that the subscription plan is still active after cancelling it twice on the site…
Problem g: Any solution to this?BR
