Summary of my support requests

We're shifting our Forum based support to a more dedicated support system!

We'll be closing our Forum support from 10th June, 2020 and move to Email Support assistance.

      Hi Team,

      Sorry to say but you have had excellent support, but nowadays you look busy with other things. I rely on your promise: We guarantee you premium support for every buyer of WCFMu. We never leave anyone high and dry.

      At the moment I high and dry for days!

      1. Fooevents integration lost after update to 6.1
      2. System does not send notification mail if a product assigned to a vendor. Without an assignment, the system works as expected, so it relates to WCFM family.

      I wrote these earlier without response, even one of my forum topic has been deleted!

      If you have a resource problem, please set up a priority support plan, or increase the price of your product, or provide support for those customers who pay for the products, or put the forum as community support forum, so there would not be so many upset users, just to mention a few acceptable solutions,

      It would be great if your customer support service level would come back again to the high level you provided.

      Hi Team,

      Q1, Replied well after my summary, that is true. FYI The solution did not come with updating WCFMu rather after I created at least one event type product the integration tab came back again.
      Q2, regarding the mail issue, the topic has been deleted from the forum. So I still insist to have support from you!
