      When a customer submits a Support Ticket and the vendor replies to that ticket, the email sent to the customer to alert them there is a reply is not being delivered. I’m getting this error message: ERROR: No recipient supplied. Status code is 502

      The reply is still added to the customer’s ticket and can be viewed from their account page … it’s just the email notification that isn’t working.
