I’m sorry to do this in an open forum
I’m starting to bang my head against a brick wall now.
why do you send me an e-mail to which I reply to straightway then do not reply? I appreciate you are busy I really do, but ….
I have kept consistently telling you, the code you sent to stop vendors publishing products into the uncategorised category DOES NOT WORK
without stripe connected the system works correctly, which is great
when stripe has been connected it fails, vendors are still able to create a product, and assign it into uncategorised and publish it
I have demonstrated this multiple times via Loom videos,
I have sent you examples of the code you sent and where I have placed this, but it’s still not working
the other points that I wanted you to do work really really well, you have done a fantastic job with those
you have my login details, I have sent these multiple times both via this forum in private posts and in e-mails, why don’t you log in so you can see the problem first hand.
I really hate to sound off like this but to be honest and brutal, I’m the customer here, all I want is for the code which I paid for to work.
I left you guys a great review and I still stand by that 100%, I have recommended you to 5 small business already but not sure what has happened lately
I’m not a developer, coder or web designer, I’m just a simple guy with an idea. I’m not sure if the code you sent is in the correct place that’s your job surely
I don’t want you to take offence at this, or this to tarnish what I hope could be a fantastic business partnership, but could someone please get this to work

Well, I understand you have urgency but you have to give us some time to check the things.
You come to us with many queries, issues, requirements and suggestions. We already take care of most of this, and will do in future as well.
But it’s not possible for us to assign dedicated support person to each of our users, and they will reply back instantly for any queries.If you mailed us then we will definitely revert back to you. But only after when we will resolve that issue, otherwise it will not helpful for you to receive a confirmation that “Yes, we have receive your email”!
We had replied you “PDF Invoice” related issue after 2 days, but after fixed that issue and updated plugin. We can reply you on very first day, but that will not resolve the issue.
We always try to reply/resolve any issues within 1-2 days, and we have to take care of all users requests and issues.
Hope you understand our situation.

I know you guys work really hard and are kept really busy with user requests here and I can’t thank you guys enough for all the help I have had and I’m sure other here would agree the support level is fantastic.
My issue was in relation to the custom code I paid for, I still have an issue with that paid work that I have emailed about many times.
I have absolutely no issue with you as developers or with your software
My concern is that it would be quicker to log into my site to see the issues first hand rather than going back and forth
I will not raise the issue again regarding the custom code that I have paid for here.
