      Hi,

      Appointments that a customer has booked may appear on the customer’s My Account > Orders page, but not in the “Upcoming” field on the Appointments page.

      Not shown:
      If you choose a date and time without logging in and create a new account on the checkout page to place an order.
      If you choose a date and time without logging in and log in on the checkout page to place an order.

      Displayed in:
      If you have created an account in advance, logged in, selected a date and time, and placed an order.

      What can I do to fix this?
