Translation visual problem

      Hello

      I am translating WCFM to my language.
      I found weird format in Notification settings.
      There is added this html:
      <div id=”product_review_vendor_sms” name=”product_review_vendor_sms” class=”wcfm_notification_setting_dummy_div”></div>
      Which has width of 58px.

      I can not find what causes this.
      In web browser inspector I can delete this code and it solves visual problem.
      Attached is how page looks with this.

      DO zou know what can cause this ?

      I am also surprise to see this.

      I understand it’s a CSS problem, but why it’s difficult to guess from screenshot!

      Is that site access still available for me?
