Trouble with Home in the Dashboard of marketplace plugin

Is there anyone else having trouble with timeouts with Home part of the frontend dashboard (se pic)

I am starting to suspect my high amount of products, and I have been working with support here and on my web hotel. I have changed to an VPS with 2gb ram and 2cores. instead of hosting. My cpu spikes when pressing the Home button.

I’ve gotten it to work when I don’t have any orders, and my vendors home seems to be working, but not mine.

I had noticed timeouts when vendors were login into the site with lots of products 1100+

I have moved to a specialist business host because of this and since moving the login for vendors has speeded up considerably with no time outs but it can take 2 to 4 seconds to access the site after login in

But I have a feeling I will have to move to a dedicated server as the vendors add more and more products

Good to hear that I am not alone. I have not that many products but a lot of downloads (30000 right now) and 4000 orders, it takes me around 5-10 minutes to open up (if it ever does)
luckily my vendors only experienced slight delay

I am guessing there are a lot of advanced db questions that is the culprit. since the home dashboard is a report (reports however is very fast), the vendor list page is also slow, everything else is quick 😀

Once the vendors are logged in, the system appears very quick, it’s just the initial login that can take a while.

Yes the vendors list can take a while to load 3-5 seconds

The products page list can take a 1 – 2 seconds to load, the rest of the vendors store management area is very fast indeed.

I’m really happy with it but as the site gets full I can see a move to a more powerful system will be required to keep things running smoothly
