      Hi, I have had several vendors complaining that they can no longer add or edit products. I have tested it on a test account I have and I’m having the same issue. Basically everything works fine until you hit the Submit button. Then all you get is a spinning circle (see screenshot) This is the same issue when vendors attempt to edi their products. Please could you advise as soon as possible.

      Hi,

      Do you recently updated any other plugins or theme?

      Kindly be sure there is no JS error in browser console.

      Also check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> is any error there regarding this?

      Hi, thanks for your reply. I have checked the console and when I attempt to submit a product I get the following error on the console:

      HTTP403: FORBIDDEN – The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfil it.
      (XHR)POST – https://mycrafty.co.uk/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

      Then the page locks with the spinning circle.

      Opps! Do you have made any change in your server setup recently?
      Or, added any special permission using some plugin.

      Look – https://mycrafty.co.uk/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
      This is a core WordPress file and responsible for all WP ajax request, now if this is not accessible then no AJAX request will work for the site.

      Between, are you getting the same issue as Admin as well?

      Issue resolved, it was a problem with the servers MOD Security.
