URL Vendor in Market Place Settings

Hi All,

When in the ‘Settings’ —> ‘Market Place Settings’ menu/page, I have added the word ‘producer’ to the ‘Vendor Store URL’ option. I trust the vendor URL in my case would be https://mycaboosestore.ie/producer/vendors-name.

When I type in this URL into my browser, it is not going to the vendor but defaults back to my shop page. Why is this please and how do I set it that it goes to the vendor and their products and not back to the shop page?

‘producer’ – is this also shop page slug?

If yes, then you may not use this here.

Hi,

No, the shop URL is https:mycaboosestore.ie/shop. Here is an example of a URL that goes to the shop page – https:mycaboosestore.ie/producer/rucksnacks

It defaults back to shop every time even when I try different producer name after https:mycaboosestore.ie/producer/

As if I am trying to browse – https://mycaboosestore.ie/producer

It redirects me here – https://mycaboosestore.ie/producer-sign-up/

Which plugin doing this ?

There is no plugin on my website that is causing the URL to redirect. Is there an error with the market place settings? Do you want to gain access?
