Variable products / attributes issues and luck of support from WCFM

First of all, just wanted to say WCFM is a good plugin but support is very bad. Not responding to emails or if they do its once a week so to get some sort of answer gets weeks. I still have not been able to resolve even one issue with my system due to lack of communication.

Anyway, I decided to post one of the issues here and perhaps will get better response:
1. When I set attribute type for example here SIZE to SELECT, COLOR or IMAGE like so https://imgur.com/SZ1krZM > then from the marketplace dashboard, I can select attribiutes from a list of pre-defined options when additing variable product like so https://imgur.com/a026j6U
2. But when I change the Attribiute type to “Text tag” se here https://imgur.com/aG8HYEm and go to dashboard, predefined attributes are not visible?

I have bought almost all of your plugins including Ultimate and would expect more responsive support. Can you please sort it out ASAP
