      Hello,

I’m at the start of creating a multi vendor website in Belgium. I’ve setup the shipment settings as a vendor oso vendors can choose the shipment options by zone. This works only partially.

For some reason the filled in postcode don’t work when checking out as a customer and shipment options don’t change alongside.
Example at http://www.lokaalcentraal.be : shop lescroart has a shipment zone : belgium – postcode 8700, with three options (flat rate, free shipment, local pickup). The only other shipment zone is everything else, with only local pickup as option.

When I test this, the website doesn’t change the shipment options. It only changes when I change the country.

Can someone tell me what I do wrong and change, so that he recognizes the postcodes?

      Thanks.

      Hello,
Zone doesn’t work that way. When you (admin) create multiple zones, you need to make sure that each zone is different by choosing different ‘Zone regions’. Also add them in order from specific to more generic, otherwise the first zone rules will always be implied.

      Thank You!
