      Hi Team,

      I want to ask, our vendors do not receive emails when there are new orders. But the admin and customer can receive it on the email.
      This process does not work for payment methods using payment gateways, for payments on our website.
      Can you tell me how to make it possible for vendors to receive notifications on their emails for new orders and orders completed?

      Hi,
      You have to set the option “New Order” to “ON” mode in Settings->Notification Manager under “Store Notification” column in store manager.
