Vendor gets redirected to a blank page after registering

      After a user register as a vendor, they get redirected to a blank page with just a “0” on it. The address reads as “/admin-ajax.php?vmstep=thankyou”. Upon reloading the page, they get redirected to the Vendor Setup Wizard.
