Hi, my test-vendors loose connection to their products if any changes are made to their setting. This cause the shipping not to show in the orders on the Vendor dashboard. Before changes are made to their settings the connection is fine and the shipping shows in the orders.
I have taken all the unnecessary addons off and disable the child theme to remove any extra code to ensure it is not causing it.
As per the images attached, note that the vendor names are linked to the shipping totals. Then, after any changes are made in Settings the Vendor loose that connection as per the other image. Thus it is impossible for the shipping to link to the Vendors to show on the vendor dashboard.
Am I the only one experiencing this issue?
Please advise how I can fix this?

Hi, yes, it happened with all the test vendors…accept for one which I called ‘wcadmin’…very odd. See attachment.
I am now also running a new ‘bare-bone’ installation while carefully re-introducing the add-on’s I am using to see if it is one of them causing the issue. I will keep you posted.

That’s strange!
Please be sure with two things –
1. You have installed only one multi-vendor plugin – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace
2. Your vendor is with user role – Store Vendor (wcfm_vendor)
3. You have setup shipping as vendor loginThank You

Hi, the bare-bone test setup went well. I have replace the main website and so far the setup is going smoothly…except for a small discrepancy. See the two images attached. In Admin the shipping shows correctly as $12.50. In Vendor it shows as $12.52.
Any ideas?

I am sorry but this is starting to do my head in!
Now suddenly an order for 3 products opens 3 separate orders in Vendor > Orders.
Showing different amounts on the summery.
Although the order amounts shows correct if you open up all three.
In Admin it show up correctly as i order with all the amounts correctly.See attachments.
I can supply you with login’s to have a look if it will help. To the site as well as the hosting.
Any ideas?
Am I the only one experiencing this issues?

– This is a roundup problem, we will take care of this in next update.

Showing different amounts on the summery.’– Well, in Order dashboard page orders are visible as Itemize way. You have ordered 3 items so it’s thrice, each for one item. Cost, earning everything visible as per item and not the whole order.
Now when you are going into Order Derails page you will see those all to-gather.Please know me if you still have any confusion.

Hi,
That’s great.
We have split this mainly for Shipment Tracking update. Vendors are able to add shipment tracking info for each item separately from order dashboard.
It also helpful for “Refund Request”.
