Vendor Shop page Banner / Header issue

Hi, i am having issues with the vendor page. The header / banner is not showing, no matter what i am doing.

Example: https://advizzr.net/store/basis/

If i upload a banner or not, if i change “Store Name Position” option in marketplace settings to header or banner, nothing changes.
Did play around with the header settings of my theme “kallyas” and did enable several options on dynamic headers but nothing changes…

Are you trying to adjust these from Theme Setting?
If so, then it will not work. WCFM Marketplace has setting for all this, please check at WCFM Admin Dashboard -> Setting -> Marketplace Setting

These changes are not reflecting for you?

Did find out why: the user did not have permission in group settings -> Logo / Banner. After giving permission it works as expected 🙂
