Hi, I am testing your product – currently the free version. Logged in as a vendor and changing the status for an order to ‘Shipped’ does not work. I get the spinning indicator that it is being processed but it never finalized. Any advice?

Hi,
Did you get message there when you were trying to set status “Shipped”?
Actually, “Shipped” and “Refund” status is not allowed to set such a way.
For “Refund” you have to go through “Refund Request” and for “Shipped” you have to go through “Shipment Tracking”.
You will see such message – https://ibb.co/fY8zHUNow, Shipment tracking is come with WCFM Ultimate.

Hi , no message. The scenario is as follows:
In Admin the order had been set to ‘processing’. On the Vendor dashboard under ‘store stats’ the product is indicated ‘1 products – awaiting fulfillment’. The vendor then needs to mark the product a ‘Shipped’. When this is attempted nothing happens other then the ‘spinning indicator’ spins none-stop. In other words, it stays on the ‘store stats’ as ‘1 products – awaiting fulfillment’…adding up as more products need shipment…never decreasing.
All good if this will only work properly with the Ultimate version but then, remove it from the free one.

Yeah right, we are going to hide “Shipped” status in next update fro Free version.
This will be only available with WCFM Ultimate.
